Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the original packing slip included.

  Ship to Numbuzin

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
